The following reasons are covered by our 90-day Return / Exchange Policy.
- Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
- Item received is defective/damaged/broken/can not wear properly.
- Lost/missing items.
(All pierced jewelry must be sealed (unopened) and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Only New Products)
No Return & Exchange
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day Return & FREE Exchange Policy, please contact us via email for these issues. Additionally, please allow for differences of a little between advertised images and the actual item due to lighting during photo shoots or variations in monitor displays.
- Request for a return /replacement is after 90 days of product delivery.
- Product damaged by misuse or poor maintenance.
- Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind after receive the product, etc.
- Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom info, etc.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
As our products are handmade, slight variations of up to 1mm may occur. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this natural variance, and no after-sales claims regarding this will be accepted.
Returns for non-quality returns will be based on the original invoice price of the item, less shipping and handling. Any fees charged by the shipping company shall be borne by the customer. Returns must be in the original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to insure the return package - we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
All returns will be processed within 1 week of receipt and refunds will be issued after confirmation.
Customized products: No returns or exchanges are accepted for non-quality.
