Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their orders before delivery. (Except for customized orders)

All pierced jewelry must be sealed (unopened) and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase order. No returns or refunds will be issued after 30 days.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on any pierced jewelry that comes in an unopened bag for store processing or a refund. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that are in opened sealed bags. You must notify us of any damage before opening the clear seal bag. We are not responsible for your items once the sealed bag is opened.

Products returned with signs of wear or damage and bags on pierced jewelry that have been opened will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refunds for non-quality returns will be based on the original invoice price of the item, less shipping and handling. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the product. Returns must be in the original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to insure the return package - we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

All returns will be processed within 1 week of receipt and refunds will be issued after confirmation.

Customized products: No returns or exchanges are accepted for non-quality.
